About Karen Hogg

Hi. I’m Karen Hogg. I’m passionate about customer success and have over 20 years experience across all aspects of the customer journey: sales and account management, implementation, on-boarding, support and customer success. I’ve directly coached and mentored customer-facing teams at seven companies, and consulted with many more, spanning start-up and scale-up through global tech giants. I help founders and teams create repeatable and scaleable processes to deliver expansion growth, customer value and long term advocacy. I’m an avid cyclist, hiker and cook, and live in Toronto with my husband and two daughters.
